DTZ’s leasing advice for a combined 67,241 sq m of industrial space at East Gate Logistic and West Gate Logistic in Kyiv.

Overview

DTZ was appointed by GLD to provide advice on the leasing of a combined 67,241 sq m of warehousing, office and mezzanine space at East Gate Logistic (EGL) and West Gate Logistic (WGL) in Kyiv Region.

What DTZ did

• DTZ logistics team has brought six tenants to the client on the schemes 
• At EGL, DTZ leased 25,405.92 sq m - half of the 49,170 sq m scheme 
• At WGL, DTZ leased 41,836 sq m - about 45% of the whole 96,531 sq m scheme 
• Participated in all meetings, viewings and negotiations, starting from the first clients’ introduction until the last signature and stamp of the lease agreements

Results

The co-operation with developer on their second scheme, WGL, was based on DTZ’s successful input in the leasing of the EGL project. 

As a result of the team’s advice, DTZ has been approached by the client to be an agent for their next logistics and office development projects. 

DTZ’s other divisions have also been retained by the client for consultancy and valuation of their projects.
