DTZ was appointed to advise on Philips’ relocation to a new office facility in Kyiv.
Philips’ requirement was relocation to a more efficient and technically advanced building with floor plan flexibility, a good parking ratio and expansion options in the short-term and long-term perspective.
The assignment was undertaken in the face of a heavily landlord-orientated market and steadily increasing rental prices. Rents had risen by 80% since the pre-lease was signed.
What DTZ did
DTZ advised Philips on an optimal option located in the rapidly developing part of the city covering all of Philips basic requirements.
Results
DTZ secured a five-year lease on budget, on flexible and fair terms, within the respective timeframe and without interrupting the day-to-day business operations.
Phillips relocated to a 944 sq m of new office premises at Horizon Park Business Centre in Kiev.
