DTZ was appointed to provide a fully integrated office agency service to the landlord of the 12,000 sq m Fahrenheit business centre at 30 В Fizkultury Str., Kiev.
DTZ’s role involved a market study, concept development as well as the leasing of the completed office space.

- Provided information about the market situation, tendencies of the local market, and analysis of competitor projects
- Undertook project concept development, providing recommendations on architectural-planning, delivery conditions, phasing, amenities and general specifications

Results
DTZ's office agency team leased the office premises to a number of companies, which included Farlep-Invest (4,744 sq m), OSRAM (750 sq m) and 3M (2,178 sq m).
