DTZ was appointed by Casing Group as tenant representative in a deal to acquire part (1,880.50 sq m) of an industrial property complex.

What DTZ did

  • Advised Casing Group on the acquisition of the industrial scheme
  • Carried out initial site searches
  • Conducted preliminary negotiations with the owner as well as subsequent meetings and negotiations between the owner and Casing Group

 

Results

This acquisition was completed to the client’s satisfaction and was the first sales deal closed by DTZ’s industrial and logistics team in Ukraine.
