The work of DTZ’s industrial and logistics team to fully lease the 49,180 sq m Brovary Logistic Centre, exclusively representing the interests of the landlord.

Overview

DTZ was appointed by Aisi Realty Public Limited as an exclusive agent for the marketing and leasing of the warehousing, office and mezzanine space on its Brovary Logistic Centre scheme. 

The logistics centre is a stand-alone building.

What DTZ did

• DTZ’s logistics team pre-leased the whole scheme to UVK Group before the construction completion. 
• DTZ’s agents were involved in tenants’ search, prior-negotiations with the potentials, meetings between developer and potentials, and viewings

Results

DTZ’s team fully leased the Brovary Logistics Centre which was the biggest deal in the Ukraine logistics industry. 

As a result, DTZ has been approached by Aisi Realty Public Limited to be an exclusive agent for their next project in logistics development. Other DTZ divisions were also approached by the same client for concept and valuation reports.
