DTZ, exclusive consultant and leasing agent of Riviera Shopping City in Odessa, entered the final stages of leasing the last retail premises in this premium project. Within the last week of March 2010 DTZ signed lease agreements with the following companies: Sportland (520 sq m), TUSO (500 sq m), wine market Polyana (565 sq m), Natali Bolgar (51 sq m) and Jonevi (50 sq m). These lettings brought the total occupancy of the shopping centre to 92% as of the end of March 2010, with 100% occupancy expected by the end of May 2010.
The second phase of Riviera Shopping City was opened on October 16, 2009. DTZ, international real estate adviser, is the exclusive leasing agent as well as the centre manager of the shopping mall, the largest in Ukraine. The total area of Riviera Shopping City is 83,000 sq m. The shopping centre was developed by Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund.
