DTZ Ukraine has strengthened its Office Leasing department in Kyiv with the appointment of Dmitry Chernenko as Senior Client Manager.
Dmitry has significant experience in commercial real estate. Before joining DTZ he worked as Tenant Representation Consultant at JLL and previously as Leasing Agent at Colliers, both in Kyiv.
Dmitry mainly specialises in tenant representation services in office real estate. His client portfolio includes a multitude of well-known international companies including Ericsson, SAP, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Beiersdorf, Bunge, АVK and Regus.
