DTZ is very pleased to announce inclusion on the list of 'Leading Ukrainian Property and Facility Management Companies', according to Building Business magazine’s rankings. DTZ secured the ranking positions in the following categories: Property and Facility Management in Office Real Estate sphere, Property and Facility Management in Retail Real Estate sphere and Property and Facility Management in Logistics Real Estate sphere.
The rankings, organized by Building Business – the leading magazine on the Ukrainian real estate development market, canvassed the opinions of 17 developing, consulting, investment, and management companies, to select the leading Property and Facility Management companies in the country.
Since 1995, DTZ Ukraine has managed a diverse portfolio of property and facilities. At present, DTZ is managing 100 000 sq m of property across Ukraine. One of the projects, Riviera Shopping City in Odessa, is a significant success story. DTZ was involved from the initial concept development, as exclusive leasing agents and now as exclusive centre managers. At present, the occupancy rate of Riviera is 100 percent; the visiting rate is growing at 60 percent a year, and the tenant turnover is on a steady path. Through innovative marketing solutions developed by the DTZ management team, brand recognition of Riviera Shopping Centre reached its maximum levels during the first two years of operation. With six million visitors over the last 12 months, Riviera became a favourite shopping and leisure destination for Odessa citizens as well as for visitors to the city, and was nominated for the “ Best social and cultural project of 2011” award. Regular events, social responsibility and the Riviera operational philosophy has created a unique model not just for the Ukrainian retail market. DTZ staff will be happy to share its expertise and experience with foreign colleagues at the annual ICSC European conference.
In addition to Riviera Shopping City, DTZ is currently providing full facilities and property management to class A Kopylov Logistic Park in Kiev region and office buildings located in the central part of the capital. The DTZ teams demonstrate high professional skills during day-to-day management processes which are conducted according to the highest standards.
