Nataliya Stelmakh (Associate Director and Head of investments for DTZ Ukraine) and Yana Lytvynchuk (Acting Head of Valuation) in June 2010 became members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Yana Lytvynchuk got MRICS accreditation in Valuation. It is important to note that Nataliya is the first professional in Ukraine to gain MRICS accreditation in Property Finance & Investment.

Yana Lytvynchuk has five years experience in property valuation. Among her projects:

• Valuation of international and local companies portfolio for financial reporting and bank lending
• Quarterly re-valuation of Scorpio Real Estate portfolio comprises fifteen assets in Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan
• Annual re-valuation Redstone BV portfolio comprising eight assets
• Re-valuation portfolio of eighteen assets for local ukrainian developer company and other projects.

Yana has significant experience in consulting, including hotel property segment.

Nataliya Stelmakh has five years experience in property valuation and investment consultancy. Her key projects include:

• “XXI Century Holdings” property portfolio valuation for first Ukrainian IPO at AIM London
• Valuation of Karavan Group portfolio for stock private placement
• Investment consulting for creation of JV between Multi Development and Galereya Centre, Lviv
• Investment consulting for the sale of ‘Aladdin’ Retail Centre in Kyiv
• Investment consulting for Ukrainian company buying an office building in London in 2010.
