Marta Kostiuk, Director - Research and Development Consultancy
Marta has over seven years experience in real estate as a researcher and a consultant. She has guided the Research and Development Consultancy team to its present status as the foremost real estate market research and complex analysis provider.
Yana Lytvynchuk, Director - Valuation
Yana has worked in real estate since 2005 for local and international organisations and has a broad range of experience in valuation, consultancy and research assignments. She has also acted as a moderator at several international conferences (Bucharest International Real Estate Congress, Vilnius International Real Estate Conference and XVI Conference of EPI and PGN in Warsaw, Poland).
Natalia Stelmakh, Director - Investment and Land Brokerage
Nataliya has over six years experience as a property professional, working in valuation and investment consultancy for all sectors of commercial and residential property. She was Co-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee 2009 - 2011.
Nataliya Mykolaychuk, Director - Retail Agency
Nataliya has developed and strengthened Retail Agency into one of the leading retail teams in the Ukrainian market, providing high quality services, tailored to client requirements. Since 2003, she has been working across all spheres of retail property agency, including research and development consultancy, facilities management, preleasing and leasing.
Victoria Goroulko, Occupier Representative
A leading light in commercial agency since 1996, Victoria’s experience and knowledge of the local market is second to none. She is DTZ’s regional representative for providing agency and tenant representation services to local and global corporate clients.
