DTZ has signed a three year agreement to provide full property and facilities management services at the logistics complex “Terminal Brovary”. Terminal Brovary is a subsidiary of AISI Reality Public Limited, a Cyprus registered property company listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM market.
The full Property and Facilities Management services package includes building and property maintenance, tenant liaison and management, the provision of security and cleaning services and fulfilling landlord obligations to tenants on behalf of AISI Realty Public Limited. DTZ will be providing full time onsite management and maintenance teams supplemented by specialist service suppliers.
Terminal Brovary is currently the largest A class logistics complex in the area with a GLA of 49,277 sq m. It is located on the ring road of the town of Brovary in an exceptional location, just 10 km from the Kiev city border and 15 km from Boryspil International Airport, along the Kiev-Moscow Highway. The logistics complex has attracted a tenant mix which includes leading foreign and Ukrainian logistics providers, including DSV Ukraine, FM Logistic Ukraine, Rhenus Logistics and HTL-Ukraine.
In 2010 Terminal Brovary received the coveted “Logistics Centre of the Year” award from Commercial Property Magazine - the only prestigious national real estate award competition exclusively voted for by those in all segments of the real estate industry.
