DTZ

Nataliya is Associate Director, Head of Investment Consultancy and Land Agency of DTZ in Ukraine. She is responsible for all investment consultancy and brokerage of income generating assets as well as the sale of interests in ongoing construction projects and sites held for development.

Since starting her career with DTZ as a Senior Valuer in 2005, Nataliya has gained exceptional experience in valuation and consultancy assignments, covering office, retail and leisure, warehousing/logistics and residential property markets in Kyiv and all other regional cities of Ukraine. Nataliya established the DTZ Ukraine Investment Consultancy department in 2007. She has been directly responsible for advising clients in relation to three of the largest investment transactions in Ukraine - the acquisition of Univermag Ukraina and Aladdin retail centres, as well as the sale of the Gooioord office portfolio which together reflect a combined asset value in excess of US$190m. Her team acted as the vendor representative in structuring a JV retail development in Lviv for Multi Development, and also as the purchaser representative in office building acquisition in London, 2010.

Nataliya graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 2005 and holds a master’s degree in real estate management. She is presently studying a correspondence post graduate diploma course in real estate investment through the College of Estate Management in Reading, England and is a member of RICS.
