Overview
DTZ is appointed to provide all professional advisory services at the Telford Shopping Centre, which comprises the entire town centre retailing offer.
This instruction includes over 120 unit shops, large store units (BHS, Primark) and department stores (Debenhams and House of Fraser) within the centre, together with an ASDA superstore, two retail warehouse units that adjoin and two office buildings.
In total, the instruction covers more than 1m sq ft of retail floor space.
