Acergy had a critical occupational date of 14 December 2009 for completion of this fit out. A quick turnaround of around 2400 square feet of office space including the relocation of around 24 staff was undertaken and the deadline achieved.
What DTZ did
DTZ together with Skansen (contractor) have designed and completed a contemporary, transparent open plan office area with eight individual offices and a larger meeting room.
