DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), has appointed Irene Bass Associate Director, Project & Building Consultancy. Irene will be working in the General Building Surveying team in London, focusing on dilapidations and refurbishment projects.
Irene has just returned to the UK from the Middle East where she was working with Cluttons. Prior to that Irene was at CBRE for seven years as an Associate Director.
Commenting on the appointment, Robert Beaumont, Head of the DTZ Project & Building Consultancy team in London said: “We are delighted to welcome Irene to the team. Her knowledge and experience will add value to the firm and will help drive growth in the department.”
