Tim leads DTZ’s Development Consulting team in London. His focus is on regeneration solutions for town and city centres and brownfield employment sites. Working for public sector agencies, developers and landowners, his specialism is developing deliverable regeneration strategies by ensuring commercial factors work alongside the consideration of stakeholder objectives. Subsequently he focuses on how plans can be implemented financially as well as in terms of designing delivery vehicles and through relevant statutory processes. He has a specific focus on the Thames Gateway. Examples of Tim’s work include the regeneration of Basildon town centre, masterplans for Stratford and Chatham town centres and the A13 corridor and regeneration vehicles for LB Lambeth and Trafford MBC.
