Paul Harding is the head of EMEA professional service based in London. Paul is a member of the CEMEA Executive Committee and UK and Ireland leadership group.
Paul started his career with Bernard Thorpe becoming an equity partner in 1989 prior to the merger that formed DTZ in 2003.
His primary responsibilities have been for the development of DTZ's property management business across the UK and continental Europe. Paul has extensive experience in the property and asset management of major shopping centres, investor portfolios as well as managing for occupiers both corporate and Government.
Paul was educated at Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the RICS.
