Recent transactional highlights in the north west include: the sale of Umbro’s global HQ, Lakeside 5000, for £8.7m; the sale of Manchester’s ‘greenest’ office building, BDP’s HQ; the sale of the HMV building on Market Street, Manchester for over £14m; and securing further occupiers at Spinningfields including Bank of New York, BDO, GMC and PKF, meaning the 350,000 sq ft building is now 85% let. 

In 2008, the Manchester offices team was responsible for 10 of the top 17 largest deals in Manchester as part of its majority 37% market share. The development consulting team has recently completed one of the largest consulting contracts in the NW - to produce a strategic masterplan for the redevelopment of Maryport harbour in Cumbria.
