James Maddock is Head of EMEA Occupier Services. James works closely with the senior management of companies wishing to align their real estate strategy with their business objectives, ultimately to improve performance and create shareholder value.

Working closely with DTZ partners globally, James is responsible for managing the EMEA Occupier Services team to deliver the appropriate blend of technical and consultancy services required by our corporate occupier clients, ranging from strategic advisory, transaction management, property management, lease administration to project management.

Prior to this role James led DTZ's Central London tenant representation team, advising a wide range of clients in the acquisition and disposal of offices, as well as providing development and consultancy advice. James also spent 8 months on secondment to the DTZ Bahrain office.

James has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD). He is also an active member of CoreNet Global.
