James Grierson leads DTZ’s Corporate Real Estate Consulting practice based in London. The team provides strategic advice to major property occupiers in the central and local government and corporate sectors. He has particular expertise in estate strategy, asset management planning, performance improvement, out-sourcing and organisation reviews.
James is also responsible for DTZ’s UK public sector offering, co-ordinating the firm’s disciplines and regional expertise to deliver services tailored to the needs of this important group.
A Chartered Surveyor for over 25 years James is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has a Land Economy degree from Aberdeen University and a Masters degree in Business Administration (with distinction) from Bradford University.
