Chris Cooper is Managing Director of DTZ Investment Management, based in London.
Chris joined DTZ Investment Management in 1992, and took over management of the team in 2007. Chris has substantial domestic and international investing experience across all property sectors, having advised clients such as Whitbread Pension Trustees, BNP, CIS, SEGRO and USS. His primary role is working with pension funds and institutional investors to determine an appropriate investment strategy, method of implementation, and best structure for ongoing investment management.
Chris was educated at City University, London and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994. Chris is an FSA approved person, and a Trustee of the DTZ Pension Scheme.
