DTZ has been selected as winner of the EuropaProperty CEE Retail Awards 2009 in the categories of Best Property Management Firm and Consultant/Letting Agent of the Year. The company was awarded in recognition of the outstanding services provided by the property management and retail agency teams in 2009, as voted by an independent jury consisting of more than 50 members.
The EuropaProperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards ceremony took place on the 11 February 2010, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw. Countries covered in the awards include: Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, the Republic of Moldova and Albania. The EuropaProperty award events are the only awards presented in the region that are supervised and audited by an international independent audit firm (Ernst & Young).
