DTZ has been appointed to provide property management and leasing services for the retail part of the Złote Tarasy complex, one of the most prestigious shopping centres in Poland.
Złote Tarasy (Golden Terraces) is a prime location retail-office complex with more than 200 stores on 65,500 sq m (GLA). Złote Tarasy is located in the very centre of Warsaw, and is one of the most prestigious commercial buildings in Poland. The complex can be easily accessed using public transport and is often visited, not only by Warsaw inhabitants but also by many visitors and tourists, due to its close proximity to the main Warsaw train station – Dworzec Centralny.
Złote Tarasy is an exceptional space, designed in order to fulfill the needs of even the most demanding of users. Common spaces, planned with attention to every detail, make using the shopping mall much more exciting. The Złote Tarasy complex was awarded the best retail-entertainment project in the MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards contest, held in Cannes.
In addition to the exceptional location, Złote Tarasy is characterised by the rich and diversified offering of large retail chains including Van Graaf, Marks & Spencer, H&M, Zara and Saturn. There is also Multikino (multiplex cinema), an entertainment area as well as a good number of restaurants and bars (e.g. Hard Rock Café, a popular meeting place for its visitors). As a result the complex remains alive with activity, even after normal working hours.

DTZ took over property management of Złote Tarasy on 11 January 2011.
