DTZ has been selected as the property manager of Millenium Hall, the multifunctional commercial-cultural complex which is being built in Rzeszów. DTZ will be responsible for preparing the facility for opening which is planned for 15 October. DTZ will also provide property management services for the entire complex. Millenium Hall is the biggest shopping center opening in Poland this year. It is also the biggest facility of this type in the southern-eastern region of the country.
Millenium Hall is the ultimate example of a commercial centre combined with an exceptional location. It contains more than 56 000 sq m of commercial space (GLA) which will accommodate 250 stores. A Hilton Hotel with 100 rooms in addition to a modern conference centre are also part of Millenium Hall. The new facility will be an integral part of the urban space of Rzeszów and it will become a location for business and entertainment. There will also be a multi-screen cinema, musical clubs, numerous restaurants and cafes as well as a square where meetings and musical events will take place for 5,000 people. A skating rink, SPA club and playground will be available for the youngest guests of the centre to enjoy.
Millenium Hall is strategically located in the center of Rzeszów next to the biggest housing estates, two higher education schools and modern office buildings. Approximately half a million people live within 30 minutes drive of the centre.
