DTZ for the subsequent year in a row was chosen the firm of the year in the scope of property management services. This prestigious award, granted by the international jury comprised of the specialists from various sectors of the real estate market, is the result of dynamic growth of the Company which only during the last few months took over 10 commercial centres for management, including one of the most prestigious commercial facilities in Poland – Złote Tarasy (Golden Terraces) – located in the direct centre of Warsaw. This award also emphasises the unthreatened position of DTZ as a leader among the independent real estate managers in Poland.
In Poland, DTZ manages 41 commercial, office, and warehouse real properties, which in total constitutes approx. 2 million square metres of the space. The incessant growth of the Company in the area of property management services is a merit of the highest class specialists operating under the management of Michał Muc, the managing director of property and asset management department of DTZ in Poland.
Our activities are geared primarily at delivering the highest quality services for our customers - both for the owners of real properties, and the lessees of commercial, office, and warehouse space, as well as the customers of commercial facilities managed by DTZ - says Michał Muc. We focus on the maximisation of the value of real properties in the long-term. We achieve this though optimisation of management of all areas connected with functioning of a given real property beginning from technical issues and decreasing the exploitation costs of a given facility to marketing.
