DTZ was appointed to initiate a fast-track mobilisation of GBCORP Tower – a ‘Grade A’ 19,000 sq m office building - to allow tenants to move in as soon as possible
What DTZ did
With the network of pre-qualified contractors already working with DTZ, we were able to commence work on-site almost immediately.
We undertook a pre-budgeted, fast track mobilisation of the building including introducing all relevant service providers, ensuring a seamless handover of the building to the newly appointed contractors.
DTZ also assisted the client’s lawyers in drafting standard lease documentation with specific input relating to the service charge provisions.
Results
The building was fully mobilised and operational within three months of DTZ being instructed.
