DTZ was appointed as acquisition and disposal agents for Landmark House –high-end office accommodation located in the Hammersmith area of London. 

What DTZ did

  • DTZ acquired the building for the client as part of a project to build their property portfolio
  • 15 months later, DTZ advised that, in order to create maximum returns, the client should dispose of the building
  • DTZ sourced a buyer for the property and the client generated significant returns on their initial investment

Results

The building was acquired for US$ 48.4 million and was sold for US$ 58.8 million.
