Michael Hatt has been appointed as Head of Property Management for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
The appointment represents an important step in DTZ’s plans to further develop its market leading European property management business. Currently managing over £35 billion of commercial property across Europe, the firm is committed to future growth centered on the provision of exceptional client service at a competitive cost.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was Deputy Executive Director of Capita Symonds. Between 2001 and 2010, Michael was Group Chief Executive of management specialist Nelson Bakewell Ltd. Michael will be working closely with Paul Harding, Head of EMEA Professional Services, DTZ and Catherine Vasseur, Head of UK Property Management, DTZ.

Michael joined DTZ on Monday 9 January and is based at the firm’s Old Broad Street office in London.
