DTZ’s Consulting & Research team in Japan was commissioned by a Japanese securities company (investment banking division) to conduct a market study in 11 major cities across the region.
Overview
The study was designed to provide relevant property market information so as to evaluate the existing market conditions in the various markets, as well as establish a view on basic market information such as, basic city information, market practices, legal framework and key players in respective markets.

Results
