What we do

The DTZ Global Consulting team advises our clients through bespoke engagements, focusing on key property-related business issues. With close to 300 dedicated consulting professionals worldwide we have one of the largest pools of consultants specialising in real estate.

We advise governments, developers, investors and corporate owners on real estate development, from regional development strategies to assessment and shaping of plans for individual sites.

We work with our clients in long-term relationships, from the initiation of development schemes through securing planning permissions and creating joint ventures with financing partners managing programmes closely through to delivery. We have deep expertise in numerous areas of real estate development including town centre regeneration, CBD development, brownfield development, retail, residential and mixed-use development.

We advise corporate and public sector occupiers on how best to align their property estate with their strategy, streamline their property-related cost base, and upgrade their capabilities in facilities and property management. Our advice is fact-based and action oriented and designed to ensure delivery of the value identified through the consulting engagement.
