DTZ provides a full range of valuation and consultancy services for the Fuchengao area redevelopment project in Shenzhen, which is located in Pinghu Street, Longgang District and spans 1.4 sq km. The site will be developed into a key subsidiary project within the larger scheme of the Shenzhen Financial Services Centre, which is armed with a hefty investment of RMB3 billion from the Shenzhen Municipal Government.
