DTZ’s Business Space team in Guangzhou was recently appointed by Guangdong Taiji Investment Co Ltd to provide sale consultancy services for the Hetai Plaza office and commercial project, which is one of the three key projects of the Liwan region where it is situated. Located at the intersection of Kang Wang Middle Road and Long Jin East Road, Hetai Plaza is designed as a super grade A office building with a GFA of 85,244 sq m on a site of 12,929 sq m. The property comprises 29 storeys including three storeys underground. It houses offices, shops and entertainment facilities in the main tower and cluster buildings around.
