DTZ's Shanghai Industrial & Logistics team and Dalian Agency team cooperated to win the appointment by Dalian New Port Development to be the sole leasing agent of Dalian International Logistics Centre.
Overview
Dalian International Logistics Centre is located in the heart of Dalian International Logistics Park with a total GFA of 140,000 sq m. It comprises a 120,000 sq m composite warehouse logistics centre, and a 20,000 sq m information centre. It is scheduled to commence operation by the end of 2011. It is expected to become an international logistics centre for both bounded and unbounded goods.
