Francis Li is DTZ's Head of Investment for Greater China.
Francis is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a Registered Professional Surveyor (MHKIS) who has maintained 25 years of property experience on Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. For the first 10 years of his professional life, Francis focused on project marketing of industrial/office buildings and en-bloc sale of under-utilised industrial/warehouse buildings for office and residential redevelopments. In the past 15 years, Francis shifted his focus to the investment sector, to become one of the forerunners in providing investment advisory services to foreign investors on the emerging and fast growing China property market.
Francis was President of the Rotary Club of Kwai Chung (1995–96) and is a member of the Allocations Committee of The Community Chest of Hong Kong since 2001. He was the independent director (2002-2008) of China Vanke Co Ltd (Shenzhen Stock Code: 000002) and its honourable consultant since April 2008.
