Edward Cheung is the Chief Executive Officer of Greater China and oversees 17 offices with more than 5,000 employees. He specialises in project marketing and has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market of the region.

Edward started his real estate career with a major international consultancy in 1987. In 1993, he took the role as Director of the China business, responsible for the planning and marketing of residential and commercial projects in China. During the course of his work, he has travelled across China visiting the major cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing) and building up an impressive knowledge of the real estate market. In 1997, Edward was appointed General Manager of the DTZ Shanghai office whereby, under his leadership, the Shanghai business grew rapidly. Through his achievements, Edward was promoted to CEO of DTZ Mainland China in 2007 and CEO of Greater China in 2010.

Along with his professional work Edward was also a Member of the Hong Kong-Macao Committee; Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman, Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China, Shanghai.

Edward graduated from the University of East Anglia, UK in 1986 with a degree in Urban and Environmental Planning.
