Alan Wong is the Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
Alan possesses extensive senior management experience in multinational companies with a proven track record in introducing programmes that help improve business processes, organisation structure, performance measurement and management practices.
Alan spent 17 years with a well-known construction company in Southeast Asia, with the last position being CFO and Executive Director. Before joining DTZ, Alan was an Executive Director for Finance, IT and Business Development at an international engineering firm and a multinational conglomerate, where his leadership skills in improving operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness were widely recognised.
Since 2006, Alan has been the Chairman of the China Committee, The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the oldest and the largest business organisation in Hong Kong.
