DTZ awarded Shell property management contract across North America and Asia Pacific

DTZ, a leading global real estate adviser, has been awarded a contract by Shell International Petroleum Co Ltd (“Shell”) to undertake property management services at around 5,000 retail sites in 11 countries across North America and Asia Pacific.

Within the framework of the mandate, Shell will draw on DTZ’s expertise in estate management, transactions and portfolio asset management in countries from around the globe.
